Yes, there will be designated parking outside the main lodge. The outdoor patio will have a designated ADA Area.

Parking lot gates, for HooDoo Ski Area open at 9:00 am, Friday and Saturday. NO EARLY ENTRY ALLOWED.

Friday 9/6 Show is at 4:30    Doors 2:00

Saturday 9/7 Show is at 3:00    Doors 1:00

There is NO Re-Entry into the concert area during the show times. You will be able to re-enter the lodge during the after-party hours (9:00pm-12:00am)

Friday hours: 2:00pm -12:00am

Saturday: 9:00 am – 11:00am for breakfast service

1:00pm – 12:00 am

Sunday: 9:00am – 11am *breakfast available

*Bathrooms always open

There is no concert seating provided. We encourage guests to bring low back chairs and blankets.

Yes, because parking is limited, only vehicles with ticket holders will be allowed to enter and park in the main parking lots.

YES,  YOU MUST have an overnight parking pass. Overnight parking passes can be purchased along with the tickets. All vehicles are to be self contained and under 25ft in length. No RV Trailers Allowed. NO TENTS, no pop ups. Overnight parking passes are good for both nights.

NO RV spots are available at this time. There is a 25ft vehicle limit in the main parking lot area.

Yes, there are many camping options around the Hoodoo Ski Area. Here are a few suggestions:

Ray Benson Snow Park, Smiling River Campground, Camp Sherman RV Park and Hotel. Willamette National Forest, Link Creek Campground,  Big Lake Campground, Potato Hill snow park.

Yes, Food carts will be open during the show times and Hoodoo lodge will also be serving food.  No outside food and beverages (including alcohol) allowed in the concert area.

Yes! Your ticket purchase includes the can’t miss after party in the lodge!

Yes, along with several porto potties inside the venue and camping area, the bathrooms inside the lodge will be open 24hrs. *There are showers available for purchase in the lodge bathrooms

Yes! Kids 5 and under are free.

Only service animals are allowed in the venue and parking/camping areas at Hoodoo. NO PETS are allowed in the venue or in the parking lot.
